Auntie wants you to know about Richard
We got our wires crossed. By the time you got my message we had it figured out. Helen thought I told her not to come on Thursday so she went to the Temple which turned out great. Jim and Kaitlyn came and helped me get my Christmas all put away and made my bed for me. I cannot get the sheets back on it after I wash them. It was good to have them here. She goes back to the Y. She is doing so well there. She received a letter; she made the Dean's list. She works so hard. To get the scholarship to go to school a semester in Brazil, she had to learn Portuguese first so now she has two languages; we are so proud of her.
The Doctors let Richard come home from the 26th (that day for flying and sleeping) until Sunday. His friend Pete came with him. They spent Thursday afternoon with me then went with Jiim's family to dinner and saw Temple Square lights. Friday they went to lunch with his brothers and sister then Sat. afternoon evening Jim & Karma had an open house for all the well famlily members to come. it was so good to see him. Unfortunately, somewhere along the way he got a bad respieratory infection so instead of going back to the hospital for more chemo this week he is taking antibiotics for that. He said yesterday, he is feeling some better. He will go into the hospital for a month; two series of chemo then stem cell implant. he will be in isolation which is hard. A very long month. Thank goodness for texting so we can keep in touch.
HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR. LOVE YOU, EVA
Let the others know about Richard.
