Alyssa's Performance Night

The night of Alyssa's performance in the Nutcracker at Thanksgiving
Point was terrible. We picked Siovhan up at her apartment about 5 p.m. We made it to the on-ramp by UVSC at 5:15. We made it to Thanksgiving Point at 7:20 p.m.
Honest! Love, The storm of December 2005 was a damaging winter storm with snow-packed and slick roads wreaked havoc. Diverse weather took many parts of Utah by surprise. In Utah County, sudden snow caught drivers and the Utah Highway Patrol off guard. It was bumper to bumper traffic on a snow-packed freeway. Julie was driving and I was having anxity. We finally decided we might be quicker if we left the freeway and drove to Thanksgiving Point on city streets. Thank goodness we arrived safely and so did AnnMarie, Alyssa and Megan. The Nutcracker was wonderful and Alyssa did an excellent job. When we left to go home, it had stopped snowing and we were able to drop Siovhan off at her apartment and travel home in safety. It was much easier going home than it had been going to Alyssa's program.

Is there something I can do?‏
