Morgan E. Pitts
PRICE/CHILTON, Wis. - Morgan E. Pitts passed away peacefully April 16, 2008 with his loving companion, June Frost, at his side at his home in Chilton, Wis.
He was born July 22, 1920 to Thomas V. and Ruth Edwards Pitts in Myton. He married Hope Williams and raised three children, Michael, Gary and Debbie.
Morgan regaled with colorful memories of being on the first Carbon High football team to win all-state.
He was a proud veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Navy.
Later, he founded Pitts Plumbing & Mechanical Company in California.
He was a free spirit who loved his family, good food and the 49ers.
He is survived by his children, Michael and Debbie; brother, Robert (Maxine) Pitts, Carbonville; sister, Patricia (Joe) Lubbe, Las Vegas, Nev.; and his special love, June Frost. Preceding him in death were his parents; wife, Hope; son, Gary; beloved grandson, Jeremy; and siblings, Bernice Nurisso, Howard Pitts and Kenneth Pitts.
At Morgan's request, no services will be conducted.
