The original recipe for pie crust‏

EASY WESSON OIL PIE CRUST

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Wesson oil (I use Canola)
1/4 c. cold milk
Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Pour oil and milk into one measuring cup, but do not stir. Dump into flour and salt mixture; mix with fork until cleans side of bowl. Form into ball; divide and roll between two pieces of wax paper. Makes a double crust for a top and bottom crust for an 8-inch pie.
