Money

Myrna wrote: Barbara, thanks for the phone call alert. I will deposit $1,000 in David's checking account in the morning. It is the fastest way to get it to you all. I DO NOT WANT TO BE REPAID!!!!!!! Ever!!!! "What man, when his son needs bread gives him a stone?" We have told David, repeatedly and ad nauseum, that we never did want to be repaid the money for the move. It is a gift. Consider it a birthday gift, or something. The moving money is a gift and this money is a gift.

As for that thing about not being a very good friend--Pooh Bear! I think you are fine. So there!

I have been worried about two things, one, how you are ever going to pay all those bills, and two, if Koda is going to sweat to death. He has so much fur and it is getting so warm so fast. I worry about him. Back to the bills, it is hard times in the USA. I think being a young couple with children and medical bills is a daily challenge. If Bree doesn't worry too much, she will probably get better faster.

Love, M

I love you and am so glad I am part of your family.

Myrna wrote: Well, LHT and I are a bit psychic. We had been worrying but had done nothing about it. We were going to wait until we knew for certain they had found a place, etc. We needed an assistant in the magic. Thanks, assistant.

I am glad you are part of my family, as well. I do love you, all of you!

David insists that he will pay us back in monthly installments. However, Leonard and I each talked to him and told him that we did not know how that would ever be possible. Nevertheless, he is a proud man and likes to be the bread-winner for his family. He is thinking of this as a needed loan. He is working hard to provide for his family and I think that all will be well in the future. Hard work usually pays off.

Now we are in a position to help. As we age, that may not always be a possibility. However, as we grow older our children also grow older and they will each be able to take care of themselves and their families. They will be doing for them in the future and that will be good. It will be pass along time.
